Easy, simple and fast recipe.

1/4 dry press cottage cheese (1 protein)
8oz chopped cucumber and cherry tomato mix (1 vegetable)
Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and crushed pepper flakes to taste.

Basically combine these ingredients and enjoy!!
