Again got this from a fitness mag and modified it..they have really great ideas
2 Melba Toast
21g of Allegro cheese (shred it)
1 tbsp sour cream
mustard (I would say 1/8 of a tsp)
1. take the sour cream in a small bowl, mix mustard, oregano, salt and dill.
2. spread on melba
3. place sliced up cherry tomatoes, sliced up green onions, sprinkle cheese and add some more oregano if you like
4. put in toaster oven for a few minutes to allow cheese to melt
Yields 1 B, 1/2 P 1 Misc. and i think the veggie is like .5 oz so its negligible
viola, my dinner last nite hehehe
