I made this last night for dinner and quite enjoyed it...thought I would share:

3.5 oz of your choice of white fish
1 tbsp FF mayo
Salt, pepper, dill and minced garlic to taste

Preheat oven to 350-400 degrees. In a small bowl combine FF mayo, garlic, dill, salt, pepper and a few squeezes of lemon.  Place fish on a foil lined baking sheet and spread sauce over it. Bake for about ten minutes uncovered or until flaky. Serve with remaining lemon.

Yield: 1 protein, 1 misc.

I really liked this because it made the fish creamy and tasted similar to tartar sauce. I'm sure you could make lots of variations using different spices...

Sounds yummy. I find most fish I cook these days is to dry. This one sound like it would not be dry. Thanks :cool:
