not really a recipe, just a suggestion...
Last week I made the Veal & Spinach Terrine from the Dr. B recipe book. It was quick and easy, but when I sat down to eat it I have to admit I was underwelmed. It was good, but not great. The recipe makes seven servings so I packaged the remaining up. The next day I reheated a serving for lunch and I couldn't believe it was the same meal. It was really good, much better than the night before. I'll definitely be making this again, but this time I'm going to make it a day ahead of time and just reheat it.
