Forgive any typos. I'm doing this from my BlackBerry. :)

Friday nights are (now were) my typical order pizza nights. Since that isn't an option I made my own and damn it is yummy so I thought I'd share.

1 Joseph pita
2oz Hunts tomato sauce roasted  garlic
6oz Veg - Tomato, zucchini, red pepper, and onion
9 slices of Yves Veggie Pizza Pepperoni
1.5 slices of Black Diamonf fat free mozzarella (or half serving of the Allegro)

Pre heat oven to 425
In a pan sprayed with Pam, sautee the veggies until soft. Then add the sauce and let it all reduce a little.
Top on Joseph pita with the veg mix. Then top that with the Yves Pizza Pepperoni. Finally top with the cheese.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

Yield:  1 Bread, 1 Veg, 1 Processed Protein

Very similar to mine, except I used Joseph's lavash bread. I make a a pizza with one entire flat bread and cut it into four pieces, serves two. When my dad was here last weekend, I actually made two in the oven at once and everyone loved it!

I use medium salsa instead of tomato sauce. I will try your method soon!

Yeah I make two - one for the hubby who loves it. Its quite filling!
