1 box of Campbell's Low Sodium Chicken Broth
Kafir Lime Leaves
2/3 tlbs Lime Juice
1/2 tlbs Fish Sauce (likely a little high on sodium, but worth it)
1 tlbs Garlic Chili Paste
To taste Hot Pickled Peppers & brine
Veggies - your choice - Bok Choy, Peppers, Mushrooms etc.

4 Servings

1 Veggie 1 Broth

or add Protein and/or noodles - your choice. A staple in our house.
