The other night I invented this concoction. When I took a bite into it, my boyfriend said that my smile was HUGE! I hope you like it as much as I did.
50g sushi grade salmon - finely diced
50g sushi grade tuna - finely diced
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp mayo
2 finely diced green onions
2 sheets Hane seaweed (I had this privately approved, you should check with your clinic)
Combine all ingredients except seaweed in a bowl. Slice seaweed sheet diagonally and spoon 1tbsp fish mixture into a corner of each seaweed piece. Roll sheets up diagonally into cones to contain the mixture. Voila!! You've made hand rolls!
Serve with soy sauce. Love it.
