3/4 pkg Yves Grounds (veggie beef or veggie chicken)
9 sprigs of cilantro, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
pinch xanthum gum
3 tbsp. Kikoman soy sauce
6 large cabbage leaves

1. Mix the grounds with the cilantro, garlic, xanthum gum and the soy sauce.  Refrigerate for 20 minutes to let the grounds absorb the flavours.

2.  Blanch the cabbage leaves for two minutes.  Rinse with cold running water.  Pat dry with paper towel.

3.  Spray a non-stick pan with Pam.  When heated, stir fry the mixture for four minutes.  Set aside and let cool.

4.  For each wrap, place 1/6 of the heated filling at one end of the softened cabbage leaf and wrap leaf around the filling.  Continue with all the cabbage leaves.

5.  Enjoy!  :chef:

Yields: 3 portions (2 wraps per serving)
Each serving yields: 1 protein, 1/2 vegetable and 1 misc.
