50-75g* of ground veal or beef
1/4 onion finely diced
1-2 garlic cloves minced
red chili flakes to taste
salt to taste
oregano to taste
1/4 cup tomato sauce
10-20g* of allegro cheese
*your preference 50g meat + 20g cheese or 75g meat + 10g cheese
Mix first 6 ingredients well. Make meatballs by rolling them into balls between your hands. You can cook them in a frying pan, oven or grill like George Foreman.
Once meatballs are cooked, simmer them slightly in tomato sauce a pot (feel free to add your favourite spices to the sauce and or vegetables like mushrooms).
Stuff with in pita or on top of bread and sprinkle grated cheese
