This recipe is for 2 portions

200g of ground* veal or beef
1/2 onion finely diced
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
4 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp tomato paste
1 tsp ground cumin
fresh or dry corriander
diced green chili pepper to test
salt to taste

Mix all ingredients well.  Make kebabs by rolling them into "logs" between your hands. Alternatively you can make them into meatballs or patties too.  You can cook them in a frying pan, oven or grill like George Foreman. Squeeze fresh lime juice while cooking.

It should make 6 kebabs or 12 -14 meatballs depending on size.  Divide in half for your portion or even in quarters for 1/2 protein.  You can freeze these as well

You can stuff them in a pita and serve with tzatziki sauce (see recipe for tzatziki in other forum - it's just sour cream, grated cucumber, minced garlic and salt)
