100g of ground veal (or veal strips)
8oz of cabbage and onion strips
favourite spices to taste (I used salt, pepper, cumin, chili flakes, paprika)
1-2 tbsp white vinegar
2-3 garlic cloves
Cook veal and minced garlic. When brown add onions, cabbage and onions and cook until tender (just a few minutes). Add vinegar at the end and mix well.
