I was in the grocery store last night and saw the fresh green beans in the produce section and got inspired.  If you like Chinese food, this is close to a good spicy Schezwan dish

3.5 oz lean veal (stewing cubes are good, or you could slice the thin cuts into strips)
8oz Fresh Green Beans
1/2 cup of sodium reduce chicken stock
1 tbs soya sauce
4oz Shirataki Noodles (I like the linguine shaped ones)
1 tbs Franks Hot Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste.

In a wok (you could use a fry pan), spray with PAM and heat up at a high heat.  Add meat and season with salt and pepper, continually stirring the meat.  After about 4 minutes or when the meant is about 75% cooked add the green beans and continue to stir so the beans get fried up a bit, after 2 minutes add the chicken stock and soya sauce and cover to steam the beans for another 2 minutes or  until tender.  Add noodles and hot sauce and cook for another minute to heat up the noodles.  Yummy.  I took a picture of it, but not sure how to post a picture on these forums.

Counts as 1 protein, 1 veg, 1 garnish and 1 seasoning

Here is a good thread with Brian's instructions on how to post a picture.  Let us know if you have any problems.

Your recipe sounds delish !! :D
