Thick Strawberry Shake
This is very similar to something I make. You can use your recipe as a base for all sorts of frozen treats. Instead of the shake/pudding mix and water, you can replace it with a Dr. B ready-to-drink shake, or 30 grams of whey protein powder, etc. The glucomannan really thickens this nicely and the blender is one time when (as long as you add it slow) there's no worry about the glucomannan clumping.
