My buddy John and I made this at his house the other day. It was his idea, and I thought it was great.
Ingredients: 3.5 ounces cooked chicken breast cubed 16 ounce package of shirataki spaghetti seasoning packet out of a box of Rice-A-Roni (don't remember which flavor)
Directions: Drain and rinse the shirataki as usual. Press out liquid, put shirataki on cutting board and cut the heap into 4 crosswise (to shorten the noodles). Dump shirataki into nonstick skillet. Add seasoning packet from the Rice-A-Roni (and dump the rest of the box in the trash -- he just had it lying around from pre-Dr. B days)
Cook up the noodles and seasoning. Toward the end add the chicken.
Eat!
Yield: 1 Protein, about 5 garnishes, and the seasoning packet probably can't be considered strict legal in any sense. You could replace with 1/2 tsp. turmeric, a bouillon cube, and some powdered garlic and onion, and parsley flakes.
