BrianB This is one of the first things I made with the glucomannan powder. I'm pretty sure I got the idea from Mark's Glucomannan Pudding, but my recipe is much less complex.
TonyM Brian where did you get "Dark Chocolate liquid Stevia (SweetLeaf)" also was the "part #4101 for an ECM20 espresso machine" the right part #?

You know I still don't have my order for that part that I placed way back when. I called to check on it awhile back and they gave me some lame idiot excuse about shipments being behind due to the New Year's holiday, etc. Right now I'm not doing a lot with glucomannan as I'm eating so much carbs that I don't really have room for calorie-free volume. I'm concentrating on exactly the opposite right now -- small, calorie dense, carb laden meals. Sounds bizarre doesn't it? If you're in need of food volume with minimal calories, this pudding is great. Regarding the liquid Stevia, you can get it just about any place that sells natural foods. Nature's Food Patch, Richard's Whole Foods, Lo Carb Connection, etc. It will be in the area with the sweeteners. |
