This is one of the first things I made with the glucomannan powder.  I'm pretty sure I got the idea from Mark's Glucomannan Pudding, but my recipe is much less complex.

Ingredients:
2.5 tsp glucomannan powder
2 cups cold water
6 tbsp Walden Farms chocolate syrup
2 eyedroppers full of Dark Chocolate liquid Stevia (SweetLeaf) if you have it
32 drops of liquid Splenda (or 1 cup sugar equiv. of other sweetener) adjust to your taste, I like it sweet
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
2 tbsp fat free Half & Half or other milk substitute (optional)

Directions:
If using the half & half, mix with the water now.
If using the salt, dissolve in the water now.
Using the how to mix glucomannan without clumps technique mix the glucomannan into the cold water.  Once you have your "jelly", mix in the WF chocolate syrup and liquid Splenda.

Eat as is or chill in the fridge.  It should already be cold since you started with cold water.

This makes a lot of pudding (about 2 cups).

Yield: 4 garnishes (assuming you don't use the Half & Half which is not strict legal)

Brian where did you get "Dark Chocolate liquid Stevia (SweetLeaf)" also was the "part #4101 for an ECM20 espresso machine" the right part #?

Also do you still make this or did you find something better?

You know I still don't have my order for that part that I placed way back when.  I called to check on it awhile back and they gave me some lame idiot excuse about shipments being behind due to the New Year's holiday, etc.

Right now I'm not doing a lot with glucomannan as I'm eating so much carbs that I don't really have room for calorie-free volume.  I'm concentrating on exactly the opposite right now -- small, calorie dense, carb laden meals.  Sounds bizarre doesn't it?

If you're in need of food volume with minimal calories, this pudding is great.

Regarding the liquid Stevia, you can get it just about any place that sells natural foods.  Nature's Food Patch, Richard's Whole Foods, Lo Carb Connection, etc.  It will be in the area with the sweeteners.
