Most importantly, this is not one of the bars that is approved for strict.  Most of the ProtiDiet ones are, and the WonderSlim "Crisp 'n Crunch" bars are, but these smaller bars are not.

This is by far my absolute favorite bar of any kind or flavor.  If you're prone to abusing sweet treats, don't order these.  If you like the flavor of Oreo cookies (who doesn't?) then you'll love these. These are a great snack on maintenance.

Calories: 150, Total Fat: 2.5 grams, Total Carbohydrates: 19 grams, Dietary Fiber: 0 grams, Sugars: 14 grams, Protein: 10 grams.
