Most importantly, this is not one of the bars that is approved for strict.  Most of the ProtiDiet ones are, and the WonderSlim "Crisp 'n Crunch" bars are, but these smaller bars are not.

I ordered a "Variety Pack" of these smaller WonderSlim bars and had the "Peanut Butter Bar" flavor today.  I thought it was very good.  At least as good as any of the ProtiDiet bars.  They are the more dense type of bar, and the chocolate and peanut flavors were very good.  These are a great snack on maintenance.

Calories: 150, Total Fat: 5 grams, Total Carbohydrates: 19 grams, Dietary Fiber: 4 grams, Sugars: 6 grams, Protein: 10 grams.
