Like most of the WF fruit spreads I've tried, the texture is not like jam; it's a solid jel that is difficult to spread unless warmed up. I don't hold that against WF, I just wanted to point it out so you know what to expect.

What I do hold against this product is that I don't think it tastes much like apricot. Now since I spent $4.50 for the jar, and it doesn't taste bad,  I'm still using it -- mostly on baked chicken -- but once it's done I'll be trying the E.D. No Sugar Added Apricot Spread to see if that's any more flavourful.

See, and I absolutely love this product!!!  I love how it is thicker so that it actually feels like I am eating something.
