I think this soup is pretty good.  Good flavor, etc.  If I want chicken noodle soup I think I'd be more likely to make my own using shirataki noodles, bouillon, and canned chicken (still Dr. B legal), but for something quick, this stuff fits the bill.

I keep this soup in the office to make in a pinch when I have no time for lunch.  Not great....but not terrible and fits the bill if you want something quick and substantial that isn't sweet and a protein bar !  Very easy to make by just adding hot water.

Just like the others said....this soup is okay...not bad tasting certainly...but not something I would *crave*.  Definitely good in a pinch.  I couldn't think of what to make for supper today, so opted for the soup and some veggies and I had a meal in 5 minutes.

Edited to add: I think if I had the time, though, I would make my own soup along the lines that Brian suggested.  I keep meaning to try the Shirataki noodles in a chicken broth, etc so I think I'll need to do that soon!

This soup is quick and easy to make, but I do find it really salty.  I never add salt to anything and have never been a salt person so maybe that's why.  I have them just for emergencies, but I have to add veggies or something inside it to lessen the salt taste.

I love this soup! Probably just happy to have noodles! :)
Super convenient, filling and very flavorful for a diet soup.
