Thank goodness for these types of sprays is all I can say. As mentioned in the Becel review, be aware that the zeros on the nutritional data doesn't really mean zero. It only means that in the recommended serving size the numbers are less than zero and can be rounded down.

All I can say is that as long as this stuff is available, who needs butter?  For vegetables and other things where you put butter/margerine "on" the food (as opposed to baking where you put it "in" a recipe), I can't see ever using anything else.  I even put some in a small 1 ounce spray bottle to take to restaurants.
