I have this and the ICBINB spray and I use them both a lot and interchangeably. Just be aware that even though the nutritionals on the package say zero calories, zero fat and zero carbs, this is simply because in the recommended serving amount the amounts are low enough that Canadian labelling regulations allow them to round the number down to zero. Here is a link to Becel's Product FAQ.

However, as long as you're not spraying a bagel 180 times with the topping, you should stay out of trouble. (Don't laugh: a woman was actually doing this. She posted a "Warning" about Becel on another forum when she found out her supposedly "fat free" spray was loading her bagel with a "cesspool of ick"! I wonder if she posted a warning about cucumbers when she ate 10 pounds of them?)

I use this alot too on all kinds of vegetables, low carb pancakes and Brian's bran muffins.  Love it!

I use this daily and like it alot. I will never use butter on bread, toast, or vegetables again...a real good substitute!

I was originally leary about trying this.... yeah, yeah, yeah.  Yet another product that claims to taste like butter.

Surprise, surprise!  I fell in love with this stuff.  Why?  'Cause it actually tastes pretty much like real butter.  Been using it for about 2 years now and will continue to do so.  Great on veggies, great on bread.

Yum, yum....
