Hi All,

Just wanted to share a tip with you in case you were tired of stir fries with soya sauce.  The other night I sprayed Pam in a fry pan and cooked sliced portbello mushrooms for a few minutes - towards the end I added 1 tbsp of the allowed Kraft Balsamic Dressing and finished cooking - yum!

Last night, I was 'stir-fying' my chicken, red peppers, onion, and mushrooms and instead of adding soya, I added 2 tbsp of Walden Honey Dijon Vinaigrette - be sure to keep tossing and stirring on a lower heat... wow I think I found my new fav dish!

Enjoy!

Jojo

As another idea, 2 tablespoons of Walden Farms strawberry spread (the other spreads don't work well) is REALLY good with vegetables and chicken. It's almost like having a sweet & sour stir fry.

I use balsam vinegar, mixed with lemon juice and dijon mustard!

Tried the WF Honey-Dijon dressing on chicken and veggies tonight - it was fabulous!  Thanks for the suggestion, makes a nice change.
