dhosner Let me say that I used medium frozen shrimp, already cleaned and cooked, with the tail on. I ran them under cold water to separate and then I broke off the part with the tail (shell) . |
bettyvee mm I love ceviche and my family kills it practically once or twice a month but they fry up some plantain or eat it with nachos..its been hard to avoid the add ons but I make this for myself all the time ..without the ginger and add a tiny bit of dill to make it authentic ecuadorean style.. |
