Okay, I made this last night and it was delish!  Except, I didn't  measure anything, I never do, but here's the jist of it.

I took garlic powder - lots, added in some thyme, some dried basil and some dried chili peppers, mixed it all up on a plate.

Then I dredged my tilapia through the spice mixture on both sides then gave it a good spray of Pam to help the seasoning stick.

Then I put it in the frying pan that I had pre-heated on a fairly high heat, and cooked till done - I guess about 3-4 min per side, depending on the thickness.

It came out beautifully - blackened and crispy and spicy, then I squirted some fresh lemon, added my 8 oz of broccoli, and Voila - dinner!

Mmmmm sounds good!  I haven't had fish in a while but do have some tilapia in my fridge so will definately be trying this, this weekend!!!
