I just made myself the yummiest QUICK dinner I've had in a long time.

3 1/2 oz. steak (mine was frozen)
2 minced garlic cloves
8 oz. frozen veggie mix (cauli, broc, mush & onion)
tablespoon of Walden's Hickory Smoked Barbeque Sauce

This is all I did:

Spray frying pan with no-stick, add garlic & a cup of water
Add Steak and cover, allowing water to boil
Keep an eye on it so it doesn't boil dry & maintain small layer of water on bottom of pan
When steak is done, remove it from pan to cut up & put the veggies in the pan to thaw/cook
Cut up meat into small pieces and return to pan
Add tablespoon of BBQ sauce & mix all together
Once veggies are done, remove from stove, pepper to taste & enjoy.

The barbeque sauce mixed with the water & garlic made a really nice sauce.

Yield:   1 protien, 1 veggie & 1 garnish
