BrianB I received this a little early from the clinic this morning. This is official and comes from the top. As the holidays draw closer the various clinics should be giving these out, but you guys get it first. post-22-55266-Official_Dr._B_Sample_Holiday_Meal.pdf (application/pdf)
BrianB Of course I just remembered that you guys in Canada already had your Thanksgiving, so you may have already gotten the above. Maybe not breaking news after all.

Michelle Nope ... never saw it before. It certainly would have been handy last week though!
Jeff I know at the Dr. B clinic in Oshawa they had a print out available but it only listed a recipe for a stuffiing that was made of allowed foods. I can say that would have been a pretty tasty meal. Oh and this is the second time this week I have heard about the faux mashed potatoes, I am not sure about mashed cauliflower though, lol.
Sara Thanks Brian. My clinic never handed that out. It will come in handy at Christmas time!
gerih has anybody tried the "mashed" "potatoes"??
BrianB I've had creamed cauliflower "faxutatoes" at a restaurant before and they were pretty tasty. Didn't taste like mashed potatoes, but served about the same function in the meal (to complement the meat).
dainty this is exactly what i need!!
CarolP I have tried mashed cauliflower. I really like it. No it doesn't taste like potatoes. But it's a nice change in texture and taste. I really enjoy trying new things form the recipe book. I ate beef heart yesterday, it was yummy. Variety is the spice of life right? hehe for me it is anyway! enjoy:O
